Hello my name is Melanie Sorrell, I fill the role of Administrative Assistant! At Energy Code Compliance Specialists, I am dedicated to streamlining processes, optimizing workflow, and building strong client relationships, especially with project managers. My passions include my  kid, serving others, and personal growth through tools like the "Enneagram and Clifton Strengths". For over a decade, I've been committed to personal growth, impacting my relationships, parenting, and professional life. I believe organizational tools can greatly improve company culture. My strengths include attention to detail, process improvement, and accountability. Outside work, I enjoy volunteering for my daughter’s school activities (theater, speech, debate, and PTSA), serving on the connections team at my church, leading worship at my recovery group, and baking cupcakes, which is my love language! With over two decades of admin experience in both small businesses and large hospital organizations, plus leadership roles in past employment and volunteer work, I fit the mold and standards of the ECCS team!

Hey there! I'm Kyle Henson, and I'm thrilled to be part of the Energy Code Compliance Specialist team as an Energy Modeler. My job involves creating online models of houses for our HERS Raters, and I've been at it for about half a year. I'm really focused on learning the ropes of office work, mastering new online tools, and understanding what makes a house energy efficient. Outside of work, I'm all about homebrewing and diving into D&D with my friends. I'm super detail-oriented, committed to seeing projects through, and always ready to ask questions. When I'm not working, you can find me gaming, reading, or cooking up a storm. With a background in customer service since I was 12 and experience as a keyholder, I bring a strong work ethic and a knack for getting things done. Also, fun fact: my ACT super score was 32!

I excel in punctuality, communication, and educating builders, ensuring timely job completion. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with friends and family, cooking, and being outdoors (fishing, hiking, and hunting).
